Our season is June through mid September. We do not have winter rentals. Our 15-week 2024 season begins June 1, 2024. We rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday with check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Our reservations team is available year-round. Please email vacations@lakeviewcottages.net or call (559) 553-3550 for availability. Before the season starts email is the best way to contact us. Most of our cabins are booked by the week a year in advance. Guests this season have the option to reserve the same space for next year. Their deposits are due around March 1, which is when we start to have vacancies as people's plans change. We first contact those on the waiting list in the order they were listed, and if the vacancy remains we post it here and on Facebook. The way to get a reservation is to be on the waiting list. The waiting list does not roll over from year to year, so you need to add yourself to the waiting list each year.

• Those who make pre-season reservations for the coming season have until March 1 to send their deposits.
• As soon as possible after March 1, or whenever people cancel and there is no waiting list, we will list new vacancies here.
• The best way to get a reservation is to be on the waiting list.
• To join the 2024 waiting list click here. You need to sign up separately for each week that you want. During the 2024 season the waiting list for 2025 opens at the end of each week. Current guests get the option to reserve for the next year.
