Vacancies

Our season is June through mid September. We do not have winter rentals. We rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday with check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Our reservations team is available year-round. Please email vacations@lakeviewcottages.net. If a vacancy is listed below during the season call (559) 553-3550 for availability. Before the season starts email is the way to contact us. When the season begins the on-site manager has the reservation phone. Photos of the individual cabins, including the view from their porch, are available in a slide show by clicking here (not very mobile friendly).

Our cabins are booked by the week up to a year in advance. Guests this season have the option to reserve the same space for next year. Their deposits are due March 1, which is when we start to have vacancies as people's plans change. We first contact those on the waiting list in the order they were listed, and if the vacancy remains we post it here and on Facebook. We are usually booked 100% before the season starts, so the way to get a reservation is to be on the waiting list. The waiting list does not roll over from year to year, so you need to add yourself to the waiting list each year.

• Those who make pre-season reservations for the coming season have until March 1 to send their deposits.
• As soon as possible after March 1, or whenever people cancel and there is no waiting list, we will list new vacancies here and on our Facebook page.
• The best way to get a reservation is to be on the waiting list.

To join the 2027 waiting list click here. You need to sign up separately for each week that you want.
